SCPPA has received an increasing number of requests from non-member agencies and private organizations to participate in SCPPA training programs. As these trainings require administrative coordination, staff resources, facility use, and other associated costs, SCPPA requires non-member participants to pay a reasonable fee to help offset the costs of coordinating these programs and providing access to SCPPA facilities.
Fees are allocated by the Finance Committee based on administrative staff hours and management system costs.
