SCPPA Member Access Password Reset Requirements

If you forget your SCPPA Member Access password, or would like to request a new one, please send an email to with the following information fields completed. You may also click the link provided below and submit the required information. If any of the required fields are left incomplete, your request will be denied.

  3.             3. City Email:
  4.             4. New Password:

Please Note: Passwords MUST meet the following requirements to be eligible for reset:

  •             ● Be at least 8 characters in length
  •             ● Contain at least 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter
  •             ● Contain at least 1 number (0-9)
  •             ● Contain at least 1 special Character (!@#$%^&*)

Once a request has been submitted, please allow up to 3 business days to process. A confirmation email with a User Login will be sent to the city email address listed above.

To begin using Laserfiche, follow the brief instructions listed below:

  1.             1. Visit
  2.             2. Click on the Member Access tab located on the far right of the main menu
  3.             3. Select Member Login from the drop down menu
  4.             4. Enter your assigned username and password
  5.             5. Begin browsing
