NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned, as the Executive Director of the Southern California Public Power Authority ("SCPPA"), that a regular meeting of the Magnolia Power Project Coordinating Committee (the "Committee") is to be held as follows:

The following matters are the business to be transacted and considered by the Committee:

1.  Notice/Agenda and Opportunity for the Public to Address the Board

Any member of the Committee may request that items on the agenda be taken out of order, or that items be added to the agenda pursuant to the provisions of Section 54954.2(b) of the California Government Code. Any member of the public may address the Committee on any item of interest to the public before or during the Committee's consideration of the item, provided the item is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee.  

2.  Resolution 2017-001 - Designating Certain Agreements as "Project Agreements" in connection with the pending extension of the Letter of Credit for the Magnolia Power Project A, Refunding Revenue Bonds, 2009-1
The Committee will consider adoption of a resolution to designate certain key agreements related to the Magnolia Power Project A, Refunding Revenue Bonds, 2009-1 transaction as "Project Agreements" as defined the Project's Power Sales Agreements. The agreements in question are (a) the Reimbursement Agreement; (b) the Fee Letter; and (c) the First Amended and Restated Remarketing Agreement. The request for this action comes from US Bank, issuer of the Letter of Credit that secures SCPPA's obligations on these bonds, in connection with the pending extension of the Letter of Credit.
