About Loyalton Biomass
The Loyalton Biomass Project is a renewable power generation facility located on 212 acres adjacent to the City of Loyalton in Sierra County, CA. The project reached commercial operation on April 20, 2018.

Fiscal Year 2018-2019
This fiscal year Loyalton delivered 10,849 MWhs, realizing a 10% net capacity factor. The project ceased operations in January 2020 and the Operator declared bankruptcy in February.
