The plant reached commercial operation on June 18, 2006. However, a second commercial operation date for additional capacity was marked on April 15, 2008. The Power Purchase Agreement for this project was terminated effective January 1, 2022.Fiscal Year 2021-2022This fiscal year, Heber South/Gould 2 delivered 51,596 MWhs, realizing a 35% annual net capacity factor.
